Medium snappy, disty, crispy texture here and there, no grit. Doesn’t stick, Nice combos of rich cementy tones and lovely Indian terra-cotta tones. Smells so fresh and earthy.

One of my recent favorites. There are so many clays and dusts that come together to form a beautiful and fresh taste together with the terracotta pieces. The texture is non gritty and non stick but the different clays and dust give it a delicious and distinct texture I loved!
I love the crunchiness of the clay pot and the greys, it’s earthy and yummy; I suggest airing them for about a day to get the earthiness flavor..
I can't seem to get tired of this one.
