Our products are fresh out of bag, but rarely, if you find any odd smell or tone, air them out near window sill.

Usage of any of our products is up to users discretion.

As we do not know how the produsts are handled after it is delivered, we do not take returns.

Refund will be issued for missed product(s) in your order if any. We always bubble wrap the treats/fragile items, so we don't issue refund if it is mishandled during transit or arrive broken.

We make fresh batch of treats every week. If, by chance what you orders is sold out, please allow 4-5 business days to make a new batch and dispatch.
