Medium, snappy bite. Not sticky or grainy. No grit. Mild indian red clay/dirt flavor. Rinse but don't soak, these will melt down to patse.
Wow one of my favorites. I received as a sample. The terracotta taste is very pronounced and the texture is not gritty and very crisp.
