Dry and hard, breaks with effort and breaks down to small granules (not grits) to. Pleasant creamy texture when wet and doesn’t stick.
Bold chalky earthiness, Dusty basement smell when wet, it’s also had slight milky under notes. Over all tone is so good. One of the best snappy, basmenty varieties.
