I will say, texture-wise, this product is VERY hard. Be sure to break it up with a hammer into very small pieces before munching. The grain also lies vertically, and not horizontally, so flip them on their sides to break (even in your mouth) to split off into thinner tabs. Be sure to soak as well.
Overall, the flavor and texture are wonderful. Incredibly crunchy (take care of your teeth on this one), but the flavor reminds me of a fresh, clean fountain. Fresh water on stone flavor. Amazing.
