Lite weight, yet dense, Medium. Pleasant texture when wet, doesn’t stick, no grit. Current batch has pale grey pieces mixed in it.
Strong roasted earthiness and sourness, this variety has kinda burnt cementy tones. Nice smokiness along with earthiness.

This may not be for beginners lol. It is a unique, I think because of its strong in depth flavor. The crunch is perfectly crispy & snaps. It melts nicely and doesn't stick. The flavor is roasted, smokey wood, & something like the way a shoe store smells. Broken into thin chips is so enjoyable & crispy. Thank you!
