So Airy and very Powdery, Very lite weight, no grit, lovely texture, Like loess feel.
Dusty earthy, basmenty kaoliny, unique strong dirt tones. Good find. Very basmenty earthy. Whitewash smell when wet. Like loess is more earthy like kaolin.

Very fragile, the texture is even softer than Chalma. After a few days it tastes delicious. Melts away with no grit. Flavor is accurate in description. Taste very clean and earthy. I love it.
