Made of dust and crumbs of Cambrian, Volzanka, Ural,  and mixed Chalk, astanas in to small pillows / cubes - Dusty, Crumbly, Soft snappy, no grit but specks of chalks and Cambrian gives nice texture, minimal stickiness.
 
One of the earthy glinomels, Cambrian and chalk tones complement each other and gives out a unique earthy basement tone along with nutty earthy tones from Ural.
Best way to enjoy central Asian types which have nice flavor but underrated due to its gummy texture.
