Soft, very Dusty, dry, crumbly, no grit, bits of nakumats gives a touch of crunch, and doesn’t stick to teeth.
Strong red earth, terra-cotta and dry desert earthy and smell of rain hitting dry land when wet, Nakumat cementy here and there, lovely orange mud taste.
