Very interesting mash up of mexican terra-cotta chips broken into crumbs in its own dust. Mediumbto hard snappy, has small granules to till the end, no grit and not sticky.
- Rich red earthy tones full of Mexicanterra-cotta earthiness. It also has slight floral notes when wet, Soaking it in water makes it more earthy or sprinkle.

These are so good, more muddier flavor than Mex terracotta, still the familiar floral, rain on desert taste. Some pieces are harder. Delicious to munch on.
