Slates tend to break during transit despite the bubble padded Envelope, to avoid breakage upgrade to box. We will not be refunding or replacing for any breakage.

Our products are fresh out of bag, but rarely, if you find any odd smell or tone, air them out near window sil.
Usage of any of our products is upto users discretion.
As we do not know how the produsts are handled after it is delivered, we do not take returns.
Refund will be provided for missed product(s) in your order if any. We always bubble wrap the treats/fragile items, so we dont issue refund if it is mishandled during transit or arrive broken.

Flavor is immaculate, and once broken down or soaked, the texture also really comes through. It breaks down into a nice, crunchy texture, then into a pleasant paste.
It's not dusty at all, which I'm finding with other shale/slate pieces. Very fresh, like clean water falling on fountain stones. It's not heavy or overbearing and doesn't stick. The color is also gorgeous. Definitely one to add to your list!
