Medium to Hard range of crispy. Current batch is a bit hard and rough and bit more Smokey. - Hard, porous, breaks into little shards. Pleasant and interesting granular texture, not sticky or gritty.
- Roasted cementy earthiness, with the well familiar Nakumatness well pronounced, like rain on dry road, metallic notes here and there and with smokeiness. Favorite for most.
