- Hard snappy, breaks into little shards. Pleasant texture when chewed, doesn’t turn creamy, no grit and doesn’t stick to teeth.
- Roasted Earthy cementy, like rain hits dry road on summer, metallic notes here and there and with nice roasted taste and smell when wet. Roasted earthy is not overwhelming so if you don’t like smoky/roasted, this one is nice to start with, because the roasted enhances the earthiness.
