Dusty, Crispy, no grit, lovely texture with the crumbs and dust. It’s fun to enjoy kaolin very crispy. Strong Cementy earthiness with rich basmenty kaolin flavor, wet paper smell when wet, whitewash tones well pronounced. Good find.
