This is my new fave. It’s crunchy but not hard at all. It doesn’t stick and doesn’t turn creamy. Slightly cementy earthy. Taste a bit of fresh rain. It’s a mild flavor which I love. Air it out for a bit and its perfect if you like light flavors.
