Medium, breaks into little shards. Pleasant texture, doesn’t turn creamy, no grit and doesn’t stick. Undone plain and crystal nakumat this is more snappy.
With mild smokey tone it has Earthy cementy, typical nakkumat earthiness, like rain hits dry cement floor, with basmenty smell when wet. Its between crystal nakumat and half roasted nakumat.

I love nakumat so much, but I usually get half roasted. This is light in flavor and mouth watering. A little cement. A little fresh rain. Crunchy but not hard. Slightly gritty. I can’t wait to order more.
