Very earthy glinomel, It has a nice combo of cementy earthiness from blue varieties plus the nutty earthy tones also the basmenty earthiness. Unique combo and nice find.

I liked it! The volca is well pronounced out of the mixture, giving it its signature sour, earthy flavor. Flavor holds out after its baked, which is nice. Medium hard, snappy, and breaks down into a smooth, creamy texture. If you like more of a lightly sour flavor, this one's for you.
