These salty glinomels are made of Pink Uzbek, Blue Uzbek, Enchantress, mixed chalk and kaolin Medium snappy, no grit, lovely smooth texture, minimal stickiness.
Very basmenty cementy earthiness with saltiness from the Uzbeks give a seashore feel. Its has hinta of gas smokiness from enchantress. Saltiness is not overpowering due to the addition of other chalks and kaolin. Makes a lovely unique treat.

The salt from the uzbek are perfect. I was worried that they would be covered up from everything else and they weren't! The enchantress really made the flavor pop. Would like the chalk crumbs to be a little bigger/more noticeable but overall perfect combo to crunch on with chalk
