Rounds or diamond or squares made of 2 layers. One with dust of Half Roasted Nakumat and one with Red Nakumat. Dusty, Soft, no grit, lovely texture. Doesn’t stick.
Strong tones of roasted, cementy Nakumat well pronounced and metallic gasoline tones. Smells like rain on roads on hot day.

Received about 4 blocks in the 100g bag. Not gritty. Chewed to thick, became compact & coated gums. Unfortunately, my palates detected non of the flavors in the product description even after airing these out a few days. No real flavor.
Don't stop making these. Red nakumat combination in this cookie is so flavourful. I like to use the dust of it as sprinkles makes chalk stash earthy
