Our products are fresh out of bag. However, rarely if you find any odd smell or tone, it maybe because how it was handled or climate in which it travelled. Please air them out near window sill for couple of days.

Refund will be issued for missed product(s) in your order if any. We always bubble wrap the treats/fragile items, so we don't issue refund if it is mishandled during transit or arrive broken.
