These salty glinomels are made of Pink Uzbek, Blue Uzbek, Enchantress, mixed chalk and kaolin Medium snappy, no grit, lovely smooth texture, minimal stickiness.
Very basmenty cementy earthiness with saltiness from the Uzbeks give a seashore feel. Its has hinta of gas smokiness from enchantress. Saltiness is not overpowering due to the addition of other chalks and kaolin. Makes a lovely unique treat.

These are great. The name is clever and fitting. The treat is solid not to fragile. Reminds me of loess bars on the bite and look, no crumbs or grit. It melts away and doesn't stick at all.
