Hard snappy till the end. Breaks of in layers. Thinner pieces are easy. It’s amazing how roasting changes the texture, this form doesn’t stick whereas the raw from sticks. No grit.
You can feel the sense of warmth when wet. Muddy earthy. It has red soil earthiness to it and slightly roasted tones. If you observe keenly, mild saltiness it has that enhances the earthytones.
