- Hard, breaks into little shards. Pleasant texture, doesn’t turn creamy, no grit and doesn’t stick.
- Roasted Earthy cementiness, like rain hits road on a hot day, roasted metallic notes here and there and with faint dusty basement when wet. It unique roasted earthines from the regular Nakumat.

Hard, crunchy to the end. Roasted, earthy more topsoil/rock flavor than other nakumatts. Not gritty or stick. Crunches down to a gravelly textured paste. Nice bridge between grey indian clays and roasted naks. If swallowing, this is a longer to chew to liquidfy. Drink plenty of water.
One of my favourites, cementy, slight metallic taste. A hint of basement and sticks with big bites.
