Crumbly, dusty buns made of Matka, Mex Barro and Chinese Loess dust, it has crumbs of yellow ural, aktobe, soft flint, crystal nakumart, realrose, strawberry, Meadow and montana red. Tried to bring the dirtearthiness without the discomfort of grit.
Strong burst of barro earthiness first. Then lovely complex tones of from mix of different crumb varieties both texture wise and palate wise. We balanced the dust to crumbs proportion to give the perfect blend. Lovly earthy combo.
