- Soft to Medium. Very unique texture and snappy till the end. None to minimal girt, doesn’t stick.
- Lovely topsoil terra-cotta plus red soil earthiness along with slight nutty flavor like Ural, rainy notes when wet. Unique treat. Good find.

These are my go to biscuits. They’re semi-soft, crunchy and powdery. These red clays are awesome. Not just because of its fresh taste but the minerals themselves help with my iron. For those who don’t eat chalk or clays this may be strange, but for those who do they understand. The Earth and clays provide much minerals and vitamins that are body needs that have been lost in some of our food. I appreciate the care, craftsmanship, and quality that yummy clays provide in all of its products.
I now understand the hype with these biscuits! The bite is firm but breaks down easily. Rich earthiness coupled with dirt and topsoil. Has an excellent crunch throughout and a fine grit, which I really enjoy.
I got some for a sample and wow it’s amazing. Crunchy and snappy until the end and the taste is a dirt and Barro. Very impressed
